The Beard Guru was a phenomenon in the Haarlem city center. Trained by the best barbers in the Netherlands, Joshua Onclin - or the Beard Guru - is the absolute connoisseur of this old craft. He gave tips & tricks about everything concerning beards. And together we designed his labels for his own beard oil & beard soap with great enthusiasm. I visualized his tips & tricks to content for social media and took care of the indoor signing in his second beard shop in Haarlem.
"You don't have to be a cave man to grow a beard!" was the slogan that absolutely had to be communicated to the customer. Humor is key.
After the success of the beard oil, Joshua came up with beard soap but with different ingredients, so I adapted the design accordingly.
Without a pedantic finger, Joshua wanted to appeal to young people in a creative way with signing in the beard shop.
Tips & tricks about everything concerning beards. The beard guru was very active on social media with a beard community where tips & tricks for a fuller beard were shared. Joshua sent me the tips and I converted them into visuals.
